There is no small print and there are no hidden catches - everything is open and up-front. 2. Satisfaction Survey - Every customer is sent a questionnaire. This allows you to praise or criticise. It is sent directly to us in confidence and any complaint is looked into. This protects the integrity and reputation of the Network, and it explains why our installers achieve such consistently high levels of excellence. 3. Your Guarantee is Insurance Backed - When registered with the Guarantee Guild, a major insurance company underwrites your guarantee, so that even if the installation company is no longer in business, another Network Veka dealer will be commissioned to carry out remedial work. 4. Safeguarding your Investment - The Network Veka guarantee and all the paperwork associated with it is your assurance that you are receiving a genuine Network Veka installation. Within a few days of the sale, you will receive a confirmation of order from Network Veka along with details of how to activate the guarantee - should this not arrive, contact us immediately on 0800 80-00-80.
